ing thereon respectively one hundred and thirty five

feet and nine inches, ninety three feet, and one hundred

and ninety three feet and on or towards the West side

thereof on Glenealy Road and Crown Land and measuring

thereon respectively one hundred and twenty four feet

and three inches, ninety seven feet, twenty five feet

and twenty five feet which said piece or parcel of ground

expressed to be hereby demised contains in the whole by

admeasurement eighty eight thousand two hundred and

seventy square feet and is more particularly delineated

on the plan hereto annexed and thereon coloured Red and

is registered in the Land Office as INLAND LOT NO. 76

TOGETHER with all messuages buildings and other erections

now standing or being thereon And all the easements and

appurtenances whatsoever to the said demised premises

belonging, or in any-wise appertaining. EXCEPT AND RESERVED

unto His said Majesty, His Heirs, Successors and Assigns,

all Mines, Minerals, and Quarries of Stone in, under and

upon the said premises, and all such Earth, Soil, Marl,
